Any and all questions about your purchase are welcomed and will be answered in a prompt and complete fashion. Do not hesitate to e-mail us with any comments you may have. We love hearing from you.

Live arrival and 100% satisfaction is Guaranteed. All leopard geckos on our site have been captive bred, housed individually and pampered with only the best. They are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding, and properly sexed. All pictures have been taken under natural lighting and have not been altered, in order to capture the true beauty of each individual gecko. What you see is what you get. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason contact us within 24 hours and we will gladly replace your reptile or reimburse your money. Any problems with an order received after 24 hours will be considered a special circumstance in which we reserve the right to not reimburse the consumer. Someone must be home to receive package or live arrival guarantee is void.

Payment must be received in full prior to shipping. This can be done by the following approved methods:

1. Postal Money Orders
2. Personal Checks (subjected to balance clearance)
3. We accept all major credit cards or e-checks through paypal

In order to place a gecko on hold you can contact us either by telephone or E-mail. Any gecko can be put on hold for up to one week without putting down a deposit. In order for us to hold a gecko for a period longer than one week a 35% deposit must be provided. The maximum time allotted to hold a gecko is two weeks, once that time has exceeded we have the right to forfeit your deposit, unless prior arrangements have been made. We reserve the right to change prices without notification.

All photos on our website or sent by e-mail are the property of Masterpiece Geckos. Any reproduction of these photos is prohibited unless permission has been obtained from us.

SHIPPING

All of our geckos will be shipped in new boxes and unused styrofoam to ensure freshness. All orders flying into cold weather will be shipped with a heat pack. Someone must be home to receive package or live arrival guarantee is void. Shipping options are as follows:

- For more expensive animals we highly recommend UPS guaranteed next day delivery. (Usually arriving before 10:30am)

We only ship orders in the U.S. If you are in Canada we will ship to the nearest U.S. city post office or establishments, such as, Mail Box etc.
